Terms & Conditions of Service
Hemsell Repatriation Services Ltd is a small family owned and run business and, as such, we do not have a large fleet of vehicles. With this in mind when bookings are finalised with us we may ask for a small booking or security deposit. This is non-refundable* as this is to allocate a vehicle and team to your contracted duty.
This booking fee is then deducted from the final cost of your duty.
Payment For Services
All services are to be paid for on completion of the duty unless otherwise agreed prior to the service being carried out.
If on going work is to be carried out then an agreement may be made to pay the balance at set intervals or on a 14 day invoice.
Cancellation Of A Duty
If the duty is cancelled within 24 hours of the duty being booked we will refund any deposit paid by the contracting funeral service.
No refund will be given if the duty is cancelled less than 24 hours before the duty is to be carried out as we will be unable to allocate that space to another service user.
Discounts For First Time Users & Regular Clients
We pride ourselves on the relationship we have with our service users. With this in mind we like to repay the thank you for choosing to come to us.
For long distance duties for first time service users we always offer discounts on the total cost of the duty to be carried out .
And of course for regular users and repeat clients we always offer heavily discounted costs.
